Since 2001, JK Gutter & Property Services have been giving a top quality service to our customers throughout the northeast of England.

The bulk of our work comes from gutter cleaning, repairs and installing UPVC guttering, soffits and fascias and dry verge systems, we are also very experienced at window cleaning and all other types of outdoor cleaning and property maintenance such as minor roof repairs and conservatory roof cleaning etc.

From offices, colleges, nursing homes and hotels to small terraced houses, we clean all types of properties regardless of size and always provide customers with photographic evidence that the job has been done to a high standard.

We do both one off jobs and regular contracts, many customers ask us to visit their property every 6 - 12 months to make sure their gutters are running clear. Whatever the needs of the customer, we can deliver.

We are based in Billingham but cover all areas of northeast England, always striving to keep our customers happy and make sure they use us again. Thankfully most of them do and many of our customers we first got in 2001 are still with us now.
