Five star service.

Five star service. Much better than other opticians in the town. I felt well taken care of and my children were free to play with the toys which kept them happy. I will be more than happy to use this opticians and recommend it to friends and family :)

5 star service time after time

Been coming here for glasses for 8 years now and can honestly say each time I've gone in I've enjoyed the same 5 star service time after time.
Everyone is friendly and chatty and they always remember your name and suggestions for styles you might like.
Can't wait to go collect my new glasses

Excellent service

Excellent service, in particular for my 3 year old who has had glasses since she was 2. Always happy to help, even if it's just to readjust her glasses AGAIN and friendly, helpful staff.

I felt awkward but that my position had been made clear even with the unnecessary questioning. If I only wish to pay for one particular service and not the full 'package' there is no reasonable justification for refusing my business. I was then called into a room with the optician for the test to start. I believe his name is Phil. He started explaining to me my sight test was overdue and quite forcefully tried to get me to agree to the full test. Faces were pulled. I was made to fe
