The gym in packed with the latest kit, and there there is a huge variety of group fitness classes which are designed to suit everyone. The sports hall hosts a range of sessions including netball, basketball, badminton, football, and table tennis. There is also squash courts and an indoor bowls arena.

The centre also boast a multi-level soft play area for littles ones up to the age of 12, and a café.
