It is with sadness i write this review, but i feel it is important to let others knows when something goes right in the same way when things goes wrong. Back in 2011, Dr Martin operated on my dog and has done a wonderful job. I thank Dr Martin and his support team for that. However, in the last 2 years, the service from the Dorking branch, based myself and my dog's visits, has been infested with a very poor service that goes from the reception to the responsible vet, unfortunately I say. Today was not an exception, and i decided that others must know it. Rudeness, lack of respect and complete lack of touch to deal of people in general, mainly the ones where the 1st language is not English. Making you and the dog feel dirty and dispensable. Today, I cried. I am now crying out there to let you know how sad this has been. Please don't allow people treat you and your loved ones without the respect you feel you deserve.
