Hi my name is Helen I'm a qualified Child & Adult counsellor and a member of the BACP. Their guidelines based on values & principles underpin my work to ensure I'm working safely and effectively with my clients.
I am able to support Adults & Children from the age of 6 years old and have experience in working as a school counsellor.
I offer a safe, confidential, empathic and non judgemental space where together we can discuss, explore and work through your feelings, thoughts and experiences.
I offer a free telephone consultation prior to any bookings.
