Disappointing

We were told our photograph album would be with us in 4-6 weeks, after 6 weeks of no communication from the photographer we contacted Claire and she said there was a delay getting the photographs printed due to lockdown. There was no apology for not informing us of this. We were also told that if any comments should arise that affect her business in any way then she will be seeking advice from her legal team. This was completely out of the blue as we had never suggested making any comments about her, and it felt like an indirect threat so I expressed that we should be free to air our opinions professionally regarding the services received. We finally received our album on 16th April, the album was partially filled with loose photographs in slips, many duplicated and 16 x empty sleeves. I contacted Claire immediately and asked if she could explain why this was and if there was anything she could do to rectify it. We received no response.
